News on Railton Neighbourhood

Construction work will begin at Shakespeare Road to deliver public realm improvements which form part of the Railton LTN. Construction works will take place between Mayall Road and the access road opposite no. 83 Shakespeare Road.

Works are due to commence from 8am in the w/c Monday 28th November until 6th January 2023, with a break of 1.5 weeks over the Christmas period (between 24th December - 2nd January 2023).

To facilitate these works safely, warning signs and barriers will be installed in the areas affected. We will require no vehicles to be parked in the road within the working and safety zones, as indicated by cones and suspension signs. Any obstructing vehicles will be relocated to nearby spaces/roads.
