I am leaseholder, who has been paying thousands of pounds for the upkeep of the gardens outside Herne Hill House. The scheme is entirely pointless, will damage the environment, obstruct buses, and create a focus for crime and antisocial behaviour. There has been no consultation with residents, and this project will waste enormous sums of money for no clear purpose. The website images are deceptive.
